Hitting select theaters on February 10 and streaming globally on Apple TV+ February 17 is the thriller Sharper, directed by Benjamin Caron and starring Julianne Moore, Sebastian Stan, Justice Smith, Brianna Middleton, Darren Goldstein and John Lithgow.
No one is who they seem in SHARPER, a neo-noir thriller of secrets and lies, set amongst New York City's bedrooms, barrooms and boardrooms. Characters compete for riches and power in a high stakes game of ambition, greed, lust and jealousy that will keep audiences guessing until the final moment.
Moore plays a con artist in Manhattan’s billionaire echelon.Stan plays Max, a clever conman known for carrying out complicated plans and making away with large sums of money. In the film he’s pulled into another scheme. Smith will play Tom, a bookstore owner in New York City in the Brian Gatewood and Alessandro Tanaka penned movie which ranked on the 16th annual The Black List. Middleton is Sandra, a young woman who finds herself in over her head when she enters the complex world of con artists.
